Module Sandboxing

It would be nice if Modules can't simply access core functions of Nuwani (and through them other Modules) through static getters, but instead should request access to a service the core offers. This should improve security as well as make the bot less fragile as Modules can only access core functions through controlled interfaces.

This issue is not complete yet.
