From the detailed spoiler log below, I have:
1: Portrait to City of Haze
2: Portrait to Nation of Fools
2: Puppet Master (Used extensively to gain a little more vert jump height)
2: Push Cube
2: Portrait to 13th Street (This currently has the puffy clouds blocking me from entering - need to finish another world first?)
3: Strength Cube (Used this one time only for pushing a green outlined heavy block)
3: Portrait to Sandy Grave

Stuck at present, because Puppet Master can only get me a little verticality. Don't have any more movement options, unless I am missing something. I assume I have ignored an area or perhaps I am not using some kind of movement glitch etc. Any idea what I should be collecting and how? I have beaten all available bosses to me, no creature stands in my way.
