for solidity developers using solang on the laguna chain, we could provide several tested route to do upgradable contracts.

expected results:

several popular implementation about contract upgrades.
integration tests to ensure they works at all times
test whether storage migration is correctly propagated by the pallet_contracts::get_storage call.
