Use grunt to make a build script for these tasks.

string replace: Header update
string replace: Version number updade
qunit/mocha: Run tests
jsdoc: Generate documentation
jshint: Link code
uglify: compress all modules single minimized script
uglify: compress all modules single uncompressed formatted script.
Git: Tag release?
Git: Push code changes to repositories
