Licenses for AI Models

The licenses listed here allow extensive reuse of AI models (neural networks) or related code and data collections without necessarily meeting the requirements of the Free Software or Open Source definitions. An understanding or even definition of what "Open AI" is has not yet emerged, and the term "Open AI" is misleadingly used by OpenAI Inc. ChatGPT and DALL-E are not licensed under a license that allows extensive reuse of the models. For the discussion see https://opensource.org/deepdive.
