Implement hash filenames for JS and WASM , which would allow to add cache-control and not have issue, when releasing changes.

Few ideas:

use webpack for go: https://github.com/aaronpowell/webpack-golang-wasm-async-loader
use gulp-hash-filename: https://www.npmjs.com/package/gulp-hash-filename and update fetch statement: https://github.com/LeastAuthority/winden/blob/main/client/src/worker/index.ts#L23
