formating double empty line on the beginning of the file

if the .scad file start with an empty line formatting replaces it with two empty line (even if the code contains error)

example:

cube(50 );

is formatted to:

cube(50);

Clang-format is not specifically designed for SCAD, so it may produce unsatisfactory results. We plan to switch to scad-format in the near future for better quality.
