- Add your personalized launcher.elf and rename it to vpx-playboy1978.elf
- Extract the Playboy (1978).zip to your desktop
- Copy the Playboy VPX and directb2s files to "external\vpx-playboy1978" from the Playboy 1978 folder
- Make sure (.vpx), (.directb2s), (.ini) and (.vbs) files are all named the same
- Copy the playboy78 folder to "external\vpx-playboy1978\music" folder (you may need to create the music folder)
- Copy the playboyb.zip from "Playboy (1978)\Playboy-ROM+NVRAM" to "external\vpx-playboy1978\pinmame\roms"
- No other files from the Playboy 1978 folder are needed
