Add configurable monitor keys

1. Make controls configurable. I think monitor controls.
2. Where is problem with tile entities and microblocks.(I think warping)

What is the issue with tile entities? which exact version number are you using? what mods are involved?

And the issue is. When tileEntity (ic2 cables,laser medium atd...) on my ship i cant use warp or hyperspace.

you've under evaluated the ship dimensions: ship core is center, 1 is first block right next to it.
