中文字符串放在path中时，如果链接含有中文，企业微信无法正常显示

服务对中文path进行正确的解码再发到企业微信

感谢反馈。目前发现该问题在 Vercel 上能够复现，在其他部署方式都没有复现。

怀疑是 Vercel 的问题，我跟进一下（但不能保证修复/何时修复）。对于中文消息，建议使用 POST 方法，不容易出现编码的问题。
