The geopolitical_divisions.csv file makes some incorrect assumptions. For example, there are differences between de_DE and de_CH.

Switzerland uses "Grossbritannien" as the short form for the United Kingdom and "Vereinigtes Königreich" as the long form. Germany uses "Vereinigtes Königreich" as the short form and "Vereinigtes Königreich Großbritannien und Nordirland" as the long form.

Lumping both locales under "German" may result in incorrect data.
