Plugin won't load due to JCEF error

The ChatGPT Tool plugin won't load. It was working for me and I was logged in with open AI and could access my chats, but after restarting the IDE, I now get the following exception stack trace every time I open the chatGPT window, which stays blank. I tried giving it more time after launching the IDE before opening the chatGPT window but it didn't change the result. I'm working in a python project if that makes a difference.
