question about datasets

Dear author, hello.
I have a small question about the dataset(not this paper,but for TransformerLight,I found that you are the owner) .Such as a certain file,like data_jn_1.pkl. Is it the result of several rounds of online reinforcement learning? I really want to generate my own dataset, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me.
