Time-based event deduplication with automatic event closure

Hi.
Is it possible to use time window analyzer to solve this use case?

Events go with their specific ID and data within their life cycle.
The ID can be repeated after the life cycle expires.

Implementation of an event deduplication mechanism with a subsequent message generation if no further occurrence of the event happens within a specified time interval.
