Expected API breakage

With IDA7.4 dropping the compability layer for IDA6.x, causing breaking changes, Sark will have some breaking changes as well (though relatively minor).

To match IDA APIs, startEA is being renamed to start_ea. This is already the case in https://github.com/tmr232/Sark/tree/drop695 and will soon be integrated into the master branch.
