archetype "ide" command, which generates ide helper files

I've got an approach right now that works with the default archetype theme: shaneafsar@699eddf

I'd love to get feedback on the approach/command line api while I take a look at making it work with any theme.
I'm definitely not too fond of generating the SCSS files, and parsing them for the component & icon lists, but I wasn't quite sure how to do it in pure Ruby.
