Support IPC communication to framework

Description

Currently we have option to enable IPC communication to framework, but it requires some improvements.

Motivation

It should be possible for application outside of process to communicate to the running node without plugin.

Acceptance Criteria

• All actions and events exposed from the application should be usable, including module to module communication.
