Add test coverage to addFromPublic function

For each transaction type generate transactions that:

• are accepted into the pool as ready (only multisignature will be pending until receive signatures)
• are discarded because of not enough credit
• are invalid
• check scenario by using getters

Transaction Types:

• 0: transfer
• 1: second signature
• 2: delegate
• 3: vote
• 4: multisignature
• 5: dapp
• 6: in transfer
• 7: out transfer
