Description

Prepare repository to support multi-contracts development including CI, Issues and Pull requests templates, readme, etc.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Directory structure is aligned with multi-contracts development and enables easy and straightforward navigation.
  • GitHub Action(s) are configured.
  • Issues and Pull request have templates.
  • README.md file exists and has basic information including how to build, test and deploy smart contracts.
