Wrong service url is utilised when switching network.

Expected behavior

• Switching between networks shouldn't cause an issue with loading the main of that network.

Actual behavior

• Sometimes, switching between networks and quickly dismissing the network switcher causes the main chain of the application to be loaded from the wrong network (i.e the previously switched main chain application/network)

Steps to reproduce

• Switch to local network
• Page refresh and a few clicks around
• Stop local network
• Click around on local network, and do a page refresh
• Switch to testnet
• Quickly leave the network switcher modal
• You would observe that the main chain on the newly switch network wouldn't load
