When not having SUPER privilege on mysql creating/dropping of the function getBrowserInfo fails in /includes/functions.database.php

The following lines

mysql -u USERNAME -p
set global log_bin_trust_function_creators=1;

should do it, but if this might also be not allowed by admin.
So, we need to find a way to deal with that.
