As an Owner I may want to remove an Item from a Logsection

Expected Behavior

As a user is going through the planning phase they may arbitrarily decide to remove an item from a LogSection in a MoneyLog in the event of this occurring we need to add functionality in the Planning context to enable a user to do this.

• Ideally, an ID of an item should be provided to enable removal from the section
• if the LogSection has more than one of the WishListItem then the user should also be able to specify how many items to remove

Actual Behavior

This is not catered for in the application at the moment

Acceptance Criteria

The planning context should allow removing of an item from a section
