How to delete a single user's survey response in Live Helper Chat?

Hello LHC community,
I'm looking for guidance on how to remove a specific user's response to a satisfaction survey in Live Helper Chat. I've searched through the documentation but couldn't find a clear method for deleting individual survey responses.
Specifically, I'd like to know:

1. Is there a way to delete a single survey response without affecting other responses?
2. If possible, what are the steps to accomplish this?
3. Are there any permissions required to perform this action?

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/chat/survey#introduction Based in this just click in survey title and you will see all collected responses for specific survey. Perhaps in that list you should be able to do that.

Thank you for your guidance. I've reviewed the documentation at https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/chat/survey#introduction and clicked on the survey title to access the list of collected responses. However, I'm unable to find an option to individually select or remove a user's response from this list.
The issue is that some users mistakenly respond to the survey thinking they're evaluating a different company service unrelated to the chat support. We need to remove these individual evaluations to accurately calculate the average of user responses.
Unfortunately, in the list of responses, there doesn't appear to be a button to remove or an option to select a specific user's survey response. Is there perhaps another way to delete individual survey responses that I might be overlooking? Or is this functionality not currently available in Live Helper Chat?
Any additional guidance you can provide on how to manage this situation would be greatly appreciated.
