This is a priority: to have up-to-date version of NPDs from the clean public release linked to allow querying from Jupyter Notebooks

Commit e0f7250 to branch fix-mitchells-import automates downloading fixtures, with example tests for Mitchell_1846_1920. Will close when merged to main.

This was largely addressed by closing alto2txt2fixture issues #30 and #6.
