处理器E5 2666显卡580刷的570 ，windows下sunshine表现优秀没问题。苹果sonoma系统下使用sunshine，已经设置强制使用videotoolbox，结果会报错找不到videotoolbox，只能软件编码导致moonlight端低帧数，闪屏，画面不同步，几乎不能使用的状态。moonlight端在android windows ipad多个平台下测试效果都是上边的情况。

Expected Behavior

macOS系统下能允许通过videotoolbox编码
