Add option to include chance to hit in average damage and DPS calculations #144

It seems there is no way to have chance to hit factored into damage calculations. This would be helpful for determining whether adding more accuracy would increase the DPS of a power vs any other slotting choice.

Chance to hit is calculated, you need to hover of the damage indicator in the infopanel/dataview....also there are configuration options for chance to hit as shown in the image.

You are referring to the chance of a proc to occur. I am referring to the "accuracy" (which is really the chance to hit) of an attack. The displayed average damage of attacks does not change when the accuracy of the respective attack changes.

Chance to hit (accuracy) in City of Heroes depends not only on your accuracy but also on what you are attacking along with its defense value. This can be looked into, however at this time no promises can be made.
