DotNest Orchard Core Version

I created a site in DotNest and it shows

Build versions:
Orchard Core version: 1.8.3.0

But the current version is 2.1.3. Don't know if this is the reason, but when I try to deploy a local site into the DotNest site, the result is often incorrect.
Shouldn't a Orchard Core primary hosting have the latest version of Orchard Core?

DotNest currently indeed runs on OC 1.8.3. We're working on upgrading to 2.1.x (have been for quite a while), but since DotNest is a complex system with a lot of diverse sites, it takes some time. Rest assured, that as soon as we're confident that nothing will break on existing sites, we'll publish the update and announce it.
