Indefinite and/or Variable Red Packet Expiration Time

Simply put - allowing the option of an "indefinite" or even "expire by" red packets would allow expansion of utilization to large scale events, geocaching, or puzzles (obviously). Not only does it provide more reason to download the loopring wallet - but it also expands utilization of crypto in an organic community centric way.

Also - in addition to this, if someone uses a regular QR scanner without the loopring wallet, it should redirect the person to a wallet download page or something similar with an explanation of what they are scanning.
