Little bit of a problem 1.7.10

So I use this mod extensively, and whenever I attempt to open it after doing a few things (i.e. dying/teleportation to different dimensions) it crashes with the error: Index out of bounds (Size 18, Index 18). I know enough coding to know that if the SIZE is 18, the INDEX can be anywhere from 0 to 17. I'm not sure what array it's referencing.
