To run this on a directory you need to provide an input and output using the switches -i and -o and the paths. The script doesn't seem to work on full directories without the switch and without an output directory.

Thank you for the heads up! There was a recent updated and new switches were added. I'll make a note to update the docs to reflect the new code!
