pyscard version: 2.0.3
Python version: 3.9

get PCSC error 0x8010001D

0x8010001D is SCARD_E_NO_SERVICE.
This error comes from the Windows PC/SC layer, not PySCard.

Maybe Why does SCardEstablishContext return SCARD_E_NO_SERVICE even though SCardSvr is running? can help
