<h2>INTRODUCTION</h2>
<p style="text-align:justify;">
My name is Linqing Hu, known as Luna by my friends.
I am currently applying for PhD to pursue my dream of becoming a biologist/Bioinformatician.
This is to develop technologies and discover the unknown as my ultimate career goal!
</p>
<p>
Looking at my education timeline, I completed the full high school curriculum in China and the two years of A Level study on Math, Chemistry, Biology, and Design and Technology in the UK.
</p>
<p>
After that, I completed my undergraduate education in Biotechnology at The University of Edinburgh and was supervised by Prof Sander Granneman on a project to study the cleavage site of endoribonuclease RNase III in MRSA to discover potential new drug targets.
</p>
<p>
Then, I completed my Master's degree on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology at the University of Manchester, supervised by Prof Simon Hubbard on a project of protein structure study, and Prof Gisela Orozco on a project of ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, and GWAS combined study to decipher the mechanism of autoimmune diseases.
