Improve the rgb matchup while reducing search time.

Implement the below pseudo code (thanks matt)

var blnwefoundit
= false

while blnwefoundit= false
for (i++ > 0)
for(j=0, j<=i)
for(k=0 k<=j)
for(l=0 l<=k)
blnwefoundit = blnwefoundit(r + j,g + k,b + l)
blnwefoundit = blnwefoundit(r - j,g - k,b - l)
