maybe won't function with without .editor in homedir

Problem

i'm using the homedir() function from the node os module and in that folder i'm using the .editor folder to store e.g. the config file, plugins etc.

Proposal

write a function that generates that directory if not found, ./electron/assets/plugin/loader.ts has some rudimentary implementation of that
