Detailed description of the problem

The documentation about resetting the user password / admin user is outdated and misleading.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Check the documentation for resetting the user name at https://lycheeorg.github.io/docs/faq_general.html#how-to-reset-username-and-password
2. Run php artisan lychee:reset_admin
3. Get the response
   Command deprecated. Instead, use php artisan lychee:update_user or lychee:create_user {username} {password} --may_administrate.
4. Run lychee:create_user foo bar --may_administrate
5. Get the response
   The "--may_administrate" option does not exist.

Good spot, it is a typo, it should be --may-administrate.
