Applications stop responding after update to 1.11.2

Since the update to version 1.11.2 applications refuse to start and the menu button and back button stop responding.
The Android OS itself does respond and it is possible to perform a clean reboot.
Since these symptoms are not present right after a clean boot I am able to disable xprivacy.

This is from cold boot up to the point where applications refuse to start.
