Restricting APN does not work

I know that XPrivacy can "return empty APN list" with TelephonyProvider (has the usage data) function under Telephony category. I don't know if this function should be restrict also "return no currently used APN"
I tested restriction of the Access Point Name with Elixir2 and it see my real APN.

I have installed Elixir2, but can't find what you mean.
Which menu's (in English) should I use to get this screen?

Information>tape Telephony>More information>tape the right arrow>Under Extra info you will found the APN.
