Google+ crashes because:

I/XPrivacy/XAccountManager(24089): get 10132/getAccountsByType accounts=true 7 ms ... E/Volley (24718): [1728] NetworkDispatcher.run: Unhandled exception java.lang.RuntimeException: Cannot obtain authentication token E/HttpTransaction(24718): Unexpected exception E/HttpTransaction(24718): java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Non existing account a@b.com

Where does Google+ get the e-mail address from?

Very probably stored in its settings. That is necessary if you have several Google accounts on your device. Then, with the first start, Google asks you which account to use.

Try clearing all data of Google+ and see if it still gets your email.

Google apps will give you a hard time, since Google doesn't like privacy and tries its best to prevent it.
If privacy is really a concern for you you'd better uninstall the Google apps, and access whatever Google service you like from your browser.
A bit less convenient, but at least your data is safe...

I agree with caching, else I have no idea where Google+ gets the e-mail from.
A solution is to allow Google+ access to the accounts it needs.
