If no reply from server on any change all restrictions go blank

After a fetch and no submits from server if I check any option the entire menu becomes unchecked. The idea is to check the server first before applying or updating changes.

For instance: Download a new app - it applies the template. Later, I check Xprivacy for crowd sourced and it does not find a submit. If I chose at that time to change or update any field, all the fields go blank.
