Building off the discussion started in #23. We need to implement a way for a user to navigate between submarket pages without returning to the menu.

We have two different options grid of images or "text next". We should implement the "text next" for now and revisit the gird option if we have available time.

The "text next" version is up, but I'm going to leave this issue open "In Progress" (albeit move it to the bottom) in case we want to move towards the grid version
