Turn the original front door of the website into a new "archived" page that includes the 15 municipalities + CEOS (colored circles), the full compact and the signatories. The new landing page should list the current 15 MMC communities, but not their CEOs. The new landing page should still have the links to the Story, Principles, and Strategies.
