The lib directory of the dex_tools_2.1 is missing

Hi Nicolas,
When I tried to execute run.sh in otacap, the VSA processing could not be called up. After analysis, I found that the 'lib' directory of dex_tools_2.1 was missing from GitHub. More details are included in the d2j-dex2jar.sh script.

The VSA processing runs smoothly after replacing the dex_tools_2.1 with https://github.com/pxb1988/dex2jar/releases/download/v2.1/dex2jar-2.1.zip
