Opening user timelines doesn't work when viewing profiles on other instances #728

Steps to reproduce.

Create a local community timeline for an instance.
Show the profile of a user on that instance.
Open the posts, followers or following timelines from the profile dialog.

Expected.

The timelines should open.

Actual.

The timelines don't open.
