New tests ideas/suggestions

I could think of:

• Cache directives (which are a mess)
• Cookies (which are also a mess)
• Content negotiation (Accept headers etc.)
• Security related headers (which would require a self signed certificate), e.g. auto-redirection, CORS

For cache there is #45
Probably not all 37 frameworks support caching, but that should be compliance anyway, we are not testing if cache works, just if the headers parsing is correct. We could test caching functionality in the Sequence Tests but that will require to add code to frameworks implementations, or mark as unscored if only some implement.
