At least two repeated CI runs for pytim have failed.
Here is the last recorded status of the tests:

  • installing python: passed
  • installing the mdakit: passed
  • installing mdanalysis: passed
  • installing the test dependencies: passed
  • running tests: fail

@Marcello-Sega it looks like the last pytim release isn't compatible with numpy 2+, is this correct?

Hi @IAlibay,

I've released a fix in version 1.0.2 and updated the MDAKit accordingly. Please see #248 for details. Unfortunately, more errors are popping in conda. I'll add it to my CI to solve it there, but this might take a bit, I will let you know once I'm done.
