As our group uses high-performance computing (HPC) a lot, I think we may want to maintain a HPC manual. Below are some quick thoughts, and we may discuss what we want to include:

Fortran

  • openMP
    • software/library installation
    • manual
  • MPI
    • software/library installation
    • manual

Python

  • multiple threads
    • package installation
    • manual
  • processors
    • package installation
    • manual

GPU

  • CUDA
