Add Featured Dataverse for Tong Ping #93

MIG deposit our research data in DR-NTU (Data). Featured Dataverses is a great way to display sub-dataverses so that people can easily see them when they visit your dataverse. See https://researchdata.ntu.edu.sg/dataverse/rishavmallick for an example.

How to activate Featured Dataverses?

You need to have at least one published sub-dataverse under your dataverse.
Go to your dataverse > Edit > Featured Dataverses.
Select the published sub-dataverse(s) that you wish to feature.

We could add featured dataverses in https://researchdata.ntu.edu.sg/dataverse/tongping.
