Chartevents table question

I am making my master's thesis using MIMIC-IV and am with a question: n the description of chartevents it says it "Contains all charted data for all patients". Does this means it includes the other events table data inside this one? (due to its huge size), or are the others some kind of extension for this one? Or are they totally different ones with different type of information? Thanks
