MRVN-Radiant/MRVN-Radiant#63 needs caulk shaders for autocaulk
this will allow for optimisation & adding fluid volumes to maps

should be able to copy the old textures for quake 3 mapping from netradiant-custom / GtKRadiant
shaders will need to be updated to work w/ MRVN's .shader format ($contentflag water etc.)
