Hi,

With netCDF4==1.4.0, it seems that netCDF4.__netcdf4libversion__ == '4.4.1.1'.

Is it possible to upgrade the netcdf-c lib to >=4.5, to solve issues like Unidata/netcdf4-python#406 or Unidata/netcdf4-python#295 (comment) or pydata/xarray#1075
